The HOA does not manage or maintain the cluster mailbox keys. Please be sure to reach out to your home builder representative to obtain your “new” mailbox keys. The builder will instruct you where to collect the key. You may contact the USPS to obtain a lost or stolen replacement key or address any issue with the lock.

We here at Essex Management would like to provide an update on the progress of your community’s Amenity Center. After speaking with the Developer, the completion date for this project is further out than initially anticipated, due to the permitting process being delayed by Covid-19. This year has presented many challenges to all parties involved, and we appreciate your continued patience and understanding. We will continue to update you on the progress of this project, and once an opening date is set, we will send out a mass communication. The (Covid-19) virus has affected us all in some way however, Essex Association Management would like to announce that it remains open for business and prepared to continue to provide services as usual. For the safety of our Essex staff, in-office visits to our offices have been suspended however, our main line is still operational as is all other services Essex provides.
To help slow the spread of the virus, all meetings and gatherings have been cancelled and all amenity centers have been closed through April 30, 2020, or until further notice. Essex will send out e-mail blasts to its residents as new information on rescheduling meetings or reopening amenities is made available. If you have not registered on your Association’s website, please do so today to ensure you will receive updates when they are sent. All web-based services remain fully operational and available for use and are worked in the order they are received. Essex Association Management and its staff remain committed to providing services to the communities and developments it manages. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The City of Euless has approved the plans for the amenity center and construction is scheduled to begin within the next two weeks. The estimated completion date is slated for Summer 2020. Please continue to check the community website for updates and information on the Grand Opening!
