Pool Building Delays

We here at Essex Management would like to provide an update on the progress of your community’s Amenity Center. After speaking with the Developer, the completion date for this project is further out than initially anticipated, due to the permitting process being delayed by Covid-19. This year has presented many challenges to all parties involved, and we appreciate your continued patience and understanding. We will continue to update you on the progress of this project, and once an opening date is set, we will send out a mass communication.
