Grand Opening Amenity/Gym/Pool

This is a communication to inform the homeowners of Founders Parc HOA, of the Grand Opening of the Amenity Center/Gym/Pool. The Grand Opening will take place on July 30th, 2021. Please read below for detailed information. We urge every homeowner to continue practicing social distancing. We ask everyone to follow and adhere all of your Amenity Center Rules and Regulation.

The Essex team will be onsite on Wednesday, August 4th, 2021 from 1:30pm-3:30pm. Please bring your drivers license as a form of ID, to be able to fill out the registration form, which will be available onsite.

The temporary code for pool access will be 2115 and will only work until end of pool hours on Wednesday, August 4, 2021. If you are not able to make it to the onsite handout, please go to your Community’s Web page to submit a request for pool access.
