Pool Area/Amenity Center Status

As we have relayed in the quarterly newsletter, the Pool Area/Amenity Center has commenced forward with hopes of a launch date in late May. The main cement work has been completed and will need to set before gunnite (shell) is installed and then plastered to finish. This process will take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete. Once the water is filled into the pool, chemicals will be balanced over a period of a week in order to open the pool for use by members. Access cards to the Pool Area and Amenity Center will be coordinated for distribution within the next 3-4 weeks for all members. We will keep members posted to the progress of this project accordingly.

As for the Amenity Center, this area has been finished for approximately 6 months. We had hopes to have the area (which is the open common area for events and a gym/work-out area for use) open, however, the City of Euless would not allow for us to get a temporary permit to open the area unfortunately. We are only able to have it open for use and reservations once the pool area is officially opened for use. We will keep all members posted to this as well once developments are available.
